Description: The IND560 PDX is a new addition to the IND560 line of industrial process weighing terminals. With no junction box, the POWERCELL PDX load cells deliver accurate, secure and reliable weight to the IND560 PDX terminal. The system has been independently tested to survive lightning strikes—a leading cause of scale failure. Control simple inbound and outbound vehicle weighing with Mettler-Toledo’s Drive-560 vehicle application software. Integrate material transfer operations into the vehicle weighing process using discrete I/O options with the built-in filling logic of the IND560 PDX. Connect easily to new and existing systems through two standard, electrically isolated serial ports, or options such as Ethernet TCP/IP, USB and a variety of PLC interfaces. The IND560 PDX supports user-defined print ticket formats and reports. While conventional systems can require hours of trouble-shooting when a failure occurs the IND560 PDX immediately notifies the operator of cell failure or breach before inaccurate weight costs money. It complies with local and regional requirements and has achieved certification to globally recognize metrological and performance standards.

Description: The Flat-Pak 610Z is designed for simple operation. It uses centerfold material, applies the zipper and inserts the product using an in-feed conveyor. Products are loaded completely in the horizontal plane and thus can maintain orientation from the loading area into the package. Our experience with in-feed systems allows us to interface to different types of manufacturing equipment allowing complete turnkey solutions. Starting from roll stock material, the film is folded in half over the film folder and enters the accessory area where the zipper is added. This produces a poly zipper bag, which can easily be recycled. The 610Z is excellent for medical kits or stackable items—like labels. It can also be equipped with a Bell-Mark thermal printer for easy product identification.

Description: Based on the refinement of existing PDC patents, the F-160 Shrinkbander uses dual servos for product handling and sleeve feeding without vacuum pneumatics or spinning knives. F-160 shrinkbanders apply tamper evident bands to tubs and containers used for dairy spreads, ice cream, oatmeal, prepackaged delicatessen foods, cultured products, yogurt and dessert toppings. Description: The Model H-130 is an economical intermittent motion, variable speed machine designed for producing three or four sided seal pouches. Liquids, pastes, powders and granular products can be packaged by selecting the piston pumps, servo driven augers or volumetric adjustable cup product dosing units. Special counters for pills, tablets and small parts, as well as a towelette folding and cutting unit can be adapted to the Model H-130.
